In habeas corpus case of Olivia Leach for her children, custody awarded to J. I. Robinson guardian and grandfather.

Volume 1, Number 9, January 30, 1902

Armistead
Miss Kate Armistead has released guardianship of the Armistead children, and left this week for New Orleans accompanied by her nephew, Frank. J. B. Loper has been appointed guardian for the Armistead estate. Jennie Armistead will make her home henceforth with her sister Mrs. O. S. McPherson. The Armistead homestead is vacant now
